Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom was likely once a bedroom or part of the second bedroom on the second floor of the original house. There is a clear break in the wood flooring of this bedroom that indicates there was once possibly a wall there separating the rooms.
Robin Bardo completely remodeled this bathroom from top to bottom between 2017-2020. The new modern bathroom has tile flooring, a walk-in shower with a seat, new cabinetry with soft close hardware, granite countertops, subway tile counter to ceiling backsplash, a new high-efficiency toilet and an electric heater (where the boiler radiator was removed and capped). The window, windowsill and bathroom door are original.
